If you have air brakes on your motorhome, you can use the Hayes Air Actuated Trailer Brake Controller # HA100400C you were looking at. This will use the air pressure to determine the correct braking force for the tow dolly. If you do not have air brakes I have two additional options.

I suggest the Adco Olefin HD All-Climate RV Cover for Class A Motorhomes, # AD74ZR. This is for Class A motorhomes up to 37 feet. The, # AD64ZR is for up to 34 feet and will work just fine with the attached ladder but if you have need extra fabric due to a satellite dish, then the 37 foot # AD74ZR may be a better option.
